Join the builders
Earth's resources are finite, while those in space aren't. We started PAVE Space because someone has to build the fast, repeatable, affordable infrastructure that lets humanity work out there, turning untapped resources into a space industrial economy.
Building that from scratch doesn't leave room for unnecessary process or ego. So we keep it simple, set the bar high, and say what we think. We won’t sugarcoat it: we’re fast-paced, high-stakes, and not built for comfort. But if you want to help pave the way to the next space era from the ground up, this might be the ride of your life.

Our values
- Get straight to the point, eliminate ambiguities and unnecessary fluff.
- Remove unnecessary intermediaries or processes.
- “A cool system is a system that works” - Some clearly wise person
- Work to be proud of what you deliver, take ownership of your work and share it with pride!
- Always question what you are asked to do and how you can optimise it.
- Focus on where you can add real value, automate or remove the rest.
- PAVE is a company of superheroes; everyone is expected to play the part.
- Speak your mind. If something looks wrong or is not clear, say it!
- It is very likely that you are not alone in asking yourself these questions.
- “Assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups” - Jacob Larsen, Copenhagen Suborbitals
Open positions
Two fluidic systems need to go from nothing to flight-qualified in the next 18 months. You'd own both.
Our flight computer has been assembled and lightly tested. Now it needs to be qualified, and everything after that gets bigger.
You will build the software layer that brings the right engineering information to the people making the next decision.
Pumps, turbine, seals: our turbopump components are entering the test campaigns that will decide what flies and what gets redesigned. You’ll own the process.
You'll own a substructure of a heavy orbital transfer vehicle end to end: sizing it under loads, following it through manufacturing, qualifying it at component level, integrating it into the vehicle, and watching it reach orbit.
PAVE Space's most high-stakes problems currently land on two engineer co-founders. This role takes them off their plate and drives them to achievement.
